What do are you looking for from your programme(s)?

I am new to working out in a gym and I want to feel confident that I can go, know exactly what to do to move better and gain confidence

I have been working out in a gym for some time now, but i'm looking to get faster results 

I really need a schedule that can accomodate my busy life . My goal is to form the habit to fit in the gym when I can, but workout at home when I can't
